Waiver
Waiver: Individuals attending trips sponsored by Sky Travel do so at their own risk and do
hereby release Sky Travel and its staff from any and all liability, including; but not limited to; any
harm to person or property that may occur due to self injurious behaviors or actions or harm
from actions by other participants.
Sky Travel will not be responsible for loss or breakage of personal items bought or purchased
on the trip.
Photographs: Sky Travel is granted permission to use trip photographs of applicant unless
otherwise stated.
Medical Treatment: Staff or Sky Travel are granted permission to obtain medical treatment if
deemed necessary. Individuals shall carry or gift to escort their medical insurance information.
Emergencies: If an individual has to be taken from the group (i.e. return home) due to medical,
behavioral or other personal needs, all costs of return or staffing shall be paid by the
individual. Such costs may include travel, lodging, meals, phone calls, vehicle rentals etc.
Sky Travel reserves the right to cancel this trip in case of inclement weather, if a travel risk
exists or any other emergency situations that may arise, or if the minimum number of required
participants for the trip have not been met.
Behavioral Intervention: In the event that a traveler's behavior makes him/her unacceptable in
the community, disruptive on the premises, or a threat to safety or enjoyment of other travelers,
Sky Travel reserves the right to prohibit future overnight or day trips.
